We are a team of people who span decades of email delivery expertise, sending billions of messages per month and handling some of the fastest email delivery platforms in the world. 

Background:

We have built ESPs and ISPs many times and when we discovered emaildelivery.com we fell in love with it.  We thought it was an "instant ESP" as it is advertised.  It is not, there's still a lot of work to do.

We had a few of their customers reach out to us, because of our expertise and we took a look at it and we thought-- hey, we can make this work.  We tried reaching out to the authors and they only responded a few times.  They were very positive, and answered a few questions, but they went silent a long time ago.  Leaving our customers high and dry.

We decided to take up the gauntlet and address the obvious issues, initially:

  • installation, including backups
  • Adding the Incomplete/Missing HelpDesk/Ticketing Integration to whatever ticketing system our customer is using
  • We are experts at DNS and our customers are not and so we save them lots of time and trouble
  • We are experts at EMAIL Delivery and we know how to configure all the particulars for our clients and their customers.
  • The product needs a firewall around it to protect it from hackers.
  • Do you want a custom free-trial page, we can do that.
  • How about being able to manage your customer's client account status?  Currently the software will not let you set paid, unpaid, paused, unpaused and other status.  Our system will let you do that.

Future Goals:

  • Extended Reporting from a management console
  • Integration with the WHMCS for billing purposes (the ticketing already works)
  • Automated management alerts when customers cross thresholds
  • and more
