What is the cost?
                    We offer an annual support plan for $1500.00 USD, prepaid and non-refundable, which allows for up to 10 hours of support, access to our knowledgebase, access to our helpdesk, access to hands-on support, access to our extensions (such as ticketing system integration,  customer management portal, reputational tools and reporting that is not available within the emaildelivery.com product, and more.)
                 
                                
                    
                    What happens if I use all my support hours?
                    You can purchase an additional block for another $!200.  You do not need to purchase more to continue using all the other services purchased for the remainder of your annual contract. 
                 
                                
                    
                    Backups
                    You are responsible for taking backups before we do any work on your system.  If something doesn't work right, your backups are your only remedy to restore services, we are not responsible for backups.  We will do our best to be careful and only do things we have previously used in production environments.  Anywhere that we cannot do that, we will advise you before doing the work.
                 
                                
                    
                    Ownership of Work Product
                    EMAILDelivery.SITE retains all right and all ownership to it's work products, no matter where it is installed and you may not copy it or redistribute it without a written license to do so from EMAILDelivery.SITE or it's development team members.

                    Because we did not write or develop emaildelivery.com, we have these caveats among others:
	- we do not in any way offer any kind of warranty, express or implied, on the original emaildelivery.com software; we have no control over that software, licensing, etc.  Please contact emaildelivery.com for specific issues with their product that we are not offering to address.
- we are not responsible in any way for the operation or non-operation of emaildelivery.com software, servers it is running on or the ability of your users to access or not access anything on your system(s).
- Use of any of our computing resources is governed by our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policies and our Software As A Service Agreement.
