HelpDesk Integration

emaildelivery.com is supposed to create tickets when a new user asks for a free trial, when a new user asks for the free trial to be extended, etc.  It doens't. That functionality is normally gone/missing.  We have fixed that and have it  working in production for our customers.  We can integrate emaildelivery.com with nearly any helpdesk/ticketing solution (including Hesk, WHMCS, and others)..

Security

Within hours after you install the software, if it is on a publicly accessble server you will have Chinese hacking attempts on your server... if they take it down, they take your business down.  We can help you firewall your server, we have done it successfully for our customers and it works very well..

Account Management

With our tools you can change Account Status to Paid, Paused, etc.  Something you cannot do now.

Fix Database Corruption/Repair
